Knowing that our troops are at least getting some fun time while putting their lives on the line everytime they go anywhere in Hadita is good to know and in a way makes relatives know that their loved ones are ok.

Well the month of October was nothing to brag about. I worked my ass off. I've been working on this project at work that has everyone on edge. There is a lot of money at stake and jobs to be lost.
Other than work October was boring for me. I did take my daughter out for a couple hours of trick or treating on Halloween. She was all dressed up as a singer.(Ashley Simpson)
She's dying to see this girl in concert. She must really be something. I don't know Ashley Simpson but I know who her beautiful sister is. Jessica Simpson is about as hot as it gets.
Anyway we walked all over the neighborhood and she came back with a ton of candy.
I've been hearing alot about Iraq and Saddam. I'm glad he will hang but I hope it doesn't start anything bigger to happen over there. I hope you all continue to kick ass without any more losses. Take care and lets knock these guys out.

Soldiers blog is really coming along. Soldiers Blogging all over should be happy to put there blogs on Your Soldiers Blog. Soldiers Blogging is a good way for them to release some nervous energy. Soldiers Blog is fun to see because you have all these cool videos coming all the time.
Soldiers Blog (Viking 5) is really out doing himself. Your a good Soldier there, Sgt. Vance. The other Soldiers blog sites should really be jealous at the job you've done with this Soldiers blog site.
Blogging in general has just taken off. BLOG this, BLOG that, BLOG them, BLOG Bots, Blogosphere, Blogging that's all you ever here anymore. Soldiers Blog is by far the best BLOG site that I've seen. So, here we are. Getting close to the end of our rope. We find though, the end of our saga is the beginning of anothers, and only a continuation of another. Today was reenlistment day for a lot of Marines out here. And a lot of them took advantage of the situation. It was really encouraging to see all the Marines reenlisting during a time of war, in a war zone. That just goes to show that we believe in what we do and it really is a band of brothers, which grows stronger during hard times like now. Keep up the support and we will keep up your freedom.

Not long ago, I thought maybe we Americans could resurrect ourselves from a prevailing apathy. I believed September 11th would clarify the nature and intent of our enemies. Instead, after five years, I see a nation splintered beyond any remedy. I see the enemy winning psychological battles against us, and diminishing our will to defeat them. I see a media deliberately undermining the efforts of our soldiers, and two political parties so absorbed in their ambitions they neglect the fundamental purpose of this war…to defeat the most savage and determined aggressor in recent memory. Then we have the socialist and anti-war factions doing their part to aid and abet this enemy…blatantly taking advantage of our laws and freedoms to expedite our demise.
America is no longer a united country. We proved that soon after the September 11 attacks. Instead of maintaining a steadfast support for the war against radical Islam, many lost their focus and determination. We forgot how the mother of our enemy blindly sacrifices her sons and daughters to a dead end ideology. Instead of developing a healthy contempt for these murderous zombies (and those who support their vile intentions), we allowed their dark and evil pursuits to inhibit our resolve.
As a result, the edge of their sword is closer to the throat of our survival.
With the mid term elections behind us, I think it wise for all Americans to re-evaluate the threat within and outside our country; if for no other reason then to safeguard our children…as we would against any predator. Let’s honestly put our differences aside and work collectively to make sure ambition does not blur the mission of those we put in office. Support our troops at all times…and send a loud and clear message to the enemy we shall never waver in that support.
i hear alot of people talking about how we need more people to enlist and how no one wants to enlist anymore. well there are still alot of people who want to enlist but can not. i am one of them. the reason is because i have a criminal record which consists of 1 felony and two midemieners. a lot of people like me are out there who want to join the military and want a new start but unfortunatly we have rules to join the military. i have my record because im a fighter and im being told i cant fight for my country because i was arrested for fighting for myself? bs. someone needs to take a look around. we need soldiers but aparently we can only get the ones that they want who ever they are.

How do you tell someone you love that you have to leave them? How do you tell them it will be over a year before you see each other again? Fear wells up inside me when I think of facing an enemy who wants me dead more than anything else in this world. Not because I fear them, but because I fear that they might take my life.
